Dr. Marlin Wilson, Dr. TCM, Graduate of ICTCM, Victoria
"My name is Marlin Wilson, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I graduated from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Victoria (ICTCM, Victoria) several years ago and now have a successful practice. I can relate my feelings as toward the quantity and quality of education I received. The ICTCM, Victoria had a wide selection of Doctors from China teaching to the highest educational standards, coupled with hands-on experience in the clinic along with the preparation of herbal formulas. As a result I feel confident to treat a very wide variety of diseases and conditions. I highly recommend the ICTCM, for its excellence in clinical training and education."

Dr. Maggie Yip, Dr. TCM, Graduate of ICTCM, Victoria
"I feel that the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Victoria has the best base for learning Chinese medicine versus learning a lot of western modalities, and starting clinic in the first year is invaluable. It lets you easily integrate all the theories you are learning. I love the approach the college takes in viewing students as apprentices. There is a lot of freedom in allowing students to do extra study with a teacher they feel attuned with... the teachers share their experience with the students and work closely with them – it's a very intimate experience. Now that I have my own practice I feel that using the raw herbs at ICTCM, Victoria as opposed to only powders and pellets, and getting knowledge of raw herbs in clinic was a very important educational opportunity."
Maggie Yip currently has her own practice at Kangren Clinic near Victoria's Chinatown, and also practices part-time at the Brentwood Bay Clinic in Brentwood Bay, B.C.

Sue Wilson, 2002 Graduate Class of ICTCM, Victoria
"After having the experience of studying and working in a hospital in China, I am very impressed by the level of education that I received from the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Victoria and impressed by the quality of the professors there. I felt that my fellow students and I were well prepared in our knowledge of both western and eastern medicine and that the program that Dr. Mui and his faculty have designed is on par with that of China."

Jeremy Unwin, 2002 Graduate Class of ICTCM, Victoria
"My experience in traveling to China was amazing. The kind people, helpful doctors and hospital staff all brought extra insight into my life as a person, and as a student seeing Traditional Chinese Medicine practiced within its country of origin was superb. The added expertise and knowledge of the doctors there excelled my understanding and comprehension in all areas of practice. During my entire stay within the hospital we covered a myriad of disorders, including many disorders that allopathic medicine has no remedy for. I would personally recommend any person who would like to further their education in TCM to travel to the root of it, in China. There you will get a real feel for the grandness and effectiveness of TCM, and will understand how high the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Victoria's standards of education truly are."

Illya Borreson, 2002 Graduate Class of ICTCM, Victoria
"My time at ICTCM, has been great... After being in China and seeing how the Chinese doctors diagnose their patients has really raised my confidence level, because it was exactly what we'd been taught. The doctors at the Tianjin University of TCM Teaching Hospital said that the knowledge of the students from ICTCM, Victoria surpassed other Asian students and was even better than their own students! Dr. Wally Mui takes pride in his students and wants them highly educated. I love coming back to ICTCM, and I really miss it."

Eric Saittia, Sudent of ICTCM, Victoria
"Hello Dr. Mui, I am writing to wish you a happy new year. I hope that all is well for you. As for me, I am at my new school. The curriculum is set up very much the same way as it is with ICTCM, so that has made for a smooth transition. The faculty has been very welcoming and helpful towards me as well. I wanted you to know that I still remain very appreciative of everything that you have taught me and everything that I have learned at ICTCM; especially dong qi method, needling without a guide tube, and learning the point names in Chinese. I am very grateful. I feel that my level of confidence and TCM knowledge that I gained while studying at ICTCM is rather advanced compared to my classmates here. Keep up the good work, and may you have a prosperous and harmonious new year, I hope to visit soon. Much respect,  Eric"

Johnnie Striegler, Sudent of ICTCM, Victoria
"ICTCM has provided me with an excellent and unique TCM learning experience. Small classes encourage personal interaction with students and teachers, creating a family type atmosphere. Hands-on clinical training is emphasized, helping students to integrate classroom knowledge with real life situations. In addition, I have been taught by some of the finest doctors in the profession. If these qualities are what you are seeking in a school of Chinese medicine, I highly recommend ICTCM."
