Location The International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Victoria (ICTCM, Victoria) is located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The city is situated on the southern tip of Vancouver Island just a ninety-minute ferry ride from either Vancouver, Canada or Seattle, USA. The island features pristine lakes, rocky bays, old-growth forests and the Mount Washington ski hill. Victoria is the capital city of British Columbia (B.C.) and has a distinct British style and impressive architecture. With a population of about 350,000 residents, Victoria is just large enough to be a first-class international destination and yet small enough to be welcoming and easy to get around. The ICTCM, Victoria campus is in the downtown core of the city (at Fort St and Blanshard St), making it close to all amenities and major bus routes. The campus is in walking distance of Canada's oldest Chinatown and the beautiful ocean and mountain views of the inner harbour. Victoria the "Garden City", boasts Canada's finest
climate with considerably less rainfall than Vancouver. In fact,
flowers bloom most of the year here, attracting people from all
over to visit the world-famous Buchart Gardens. The safe, clean
