Shan Han Lun was written by Zhang Zhongjing (~150-219 A.D.)
in the third century A.D. Zhang Zhongjing was the first physician
to have advocated the methods of analyzing and differentiating
pathological conditions by using "the theory of 6 meridians"
and "the 8 classifications of diseases" which was
one of the greatest contributions to the development of Chinese
medicine. Shang Han Lun and Jing Gui Yao Lue are 2 important
components of the book.the above classic is still considered
one of the most important in Diagnostic and Treatment in Chinese
classics. Therefore detailed information of the book will
be discussed in the class. |

of many different diseases such as the head three points,
shoulder three points, neck three points, lumbar three points,
